Health Guarantee

We take the health and well-being of our puppies very seriously. That’s why we provide an extensive 1-year health guarantee that covers a wide range of potential issues:

Congenital Defects: Our guarantee covers any congenital (present at birth) or hereditary defects that are found to adversely affect the puppy’s health and quality of life. This includes conditions like heart defects, liver shunts, neurological disorders, and more. If a covered defect is diagnosed within the first year, we will either provide a full refund or cover the cost of veterinary treatment up to the original purchase price.

Infectious Diseases: Our guarantee also protects against common puppy illnesses like canine parvovirus, distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, and coronavirus. If your puppy contracts one of these illnesses within the first 2 weeks of coming home, we will reimburse you for the necessary veterinary care.

Parasites: Puppies can sometimes pick up intestinal parasites like roundworms, hookworms, or giardia during their early development. Our guarantee covers the treatment of any parasitic infections diagnosed within the first 2 weeks after you take your puppy home.

Veterinary Exam: To activate the health guarantee, we require that all new owners take their Shih Tzu puppy for a veterinary examination within the first 3 days of bringing them home. This allows us to document the puppy’s baseline health status and start the coverage.

With this comprehensive guarantee, we want to give our customers complete confidence and peace of mind when they welcome one of our Shih Tzu puppies into their family. We stand behind the health and quality of our breeding program, and we’re committed to supporting our new owners every step of the way.
